Credit Enforcement
Privacy Policy
The short version. We collect the information needed to run your case: who you are, where to mail letters, your credit documents, and your payment status. We use it to prepare and send your letters and to run the app. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with anyone for marketing. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Who we are
Credit Enforcement is a mobile and web app that helps you organize your credit reports, prepare written inquiries to credit bureaus and data furnishers, and send them by certified mail. The app is operated by Score Logic Pro ("we", "us"). We are not a consumer reporting agency.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash by our authentication provider).
- Mailing identity: the name and postal address printed on your letters as the return address, and the last four digits of your Social Security number if you choose to include them. These fields are encrypted in our database.
- Identity documents: a photo ID and proof of address, if you upload them for enclosure with letters or for identity review.
- Credit information: credit report text and files you upload or paste, scores you record, your goals, worksheets, notes, and quiz progress.
- Case records: the letters we prepare for you, delivery and tracking events, responses you receive and how you classify them, and complaint records you tell us you filed.
- Phone number and text consent: if you opt in to text alerts.
- Messages to us: support requests and questions you ask the in-app coach.
Information collected automatically
- Device type, operating system, app version, and error reports. We scrub personal details from error reports before they leave your device or our servers.
- A log of important actions on your case (an audit trail), so that your record shows what was done and when.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and the last four digits and brand of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To provide the service: prepare letters, print and mail them, track delivery, and run the waiting periods and reminders your case calls for.
- To confirm your identity and keep your account secure.
- To bill you and manage your subscription.
- To send you notifications you have allowed: push, email, and text.
- To answer support requests and improve the app.
- To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud and misuse.
We do not use your credit information to market third-party products to you, and we do not sell it.
Who receives it
We share information only with the service providers that run parts of the app, and only what each one needs. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your letters go to the credit bureaus and data furnishers you choose to contact, because that is the service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect people from harm. If we are ever part of a merger or sale, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Text messages
We send text messages only if you opt in inside the app. Messages are short alerts about your case, such as "Letter delivered. Open the app." They never include account numbers, creditor names, or other details from your file.
- Message frequency varies with your case activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to text messages is not a condition of using the app.
AI features
Some features use AI models provided by Anthropic: drafting inquiry text for your review, classifying responses you receive, and the in-app coach. For these features we send the text needed to produce the result. You review and approve every letter before it is sent. The coach answers from the course material in the app.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is open. You can delete your account in the app. After a short processing period, we delete your personal information and uploaded files, except records we must keep to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations. Backups roll off on their normal schedule. Letters already mailed cannot be recalled, and the mail provider and recipients keep their own copies under their own policies.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Sensitive identity fields are additionally encrypted in our database, and access to them is limited and logged. Our service keys are held only on the server and never in the app. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: you can view and edit most of your information in the app, or ask us for a copy.
- Deletion: delete your account in the app or contact us.
- Notifications: change push, email, and text settings in the app. Reply STOP to any text to end texts.
- State privacy rights: if you live in a state with a privacy law (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, or Virginia), you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do neither. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To use them, contact us below; we may need to verify your identity first, and you may use an authorized agent.
Children
The app is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
