Credit Enforcement

Terms and Conditions

Effective October 30, 2026Applies to the Credit Enforcement app and website

The short version. You use the app to prepare and send accurate, documented inquiries about your own credit reports. You approve every letter. You can cancel within three business days of signing, and we do not charge for services before the cancellation window has passed and service has started. Results are not guaranteed.

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Score Logic Pro ("we", "us") for the Credit Enforcement app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. Your signed service agreement, shown to you before you pay, forms part of this agreement. If the two conflict, the signed service agreement controls.

The service

The Service gives you a structured method for reviewing your credit reports, identifying entries that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unsupported, drafting written inquiries about those entries, and mailing them by certified mail to credit bureaus and data furnishers. It includes course material, a coach that answers from that material, reminders, and a record of your case.

Your account

Your responsibilities

The Service is built on accuracy. You agree that:

How cases work

The Service follows a fixed order: discovery of your reports first, then one entry, one bureau, one period, and one issue per letter. After a letter is delivered, the case is silent for 31 days and the app will not let you send a follow-up during that time. Escalation steps become available only when your documented record supports them. These limits are part of how the Service works and cannot be turned off.

Credit bureaus, furnishers, and regulators make their own decisions and keep their own timelines. We cannot guarantee that any entry will be corrected, deleted, or that your credit score will change. Past results of other users are not a promise of yours.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel your service agreement without penalty or obligation within three business days of signing it. To cancel, use the cancel option in the app or contact us using the address below, and we will confirm. You may also stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time after that, as described below.

Fees and billing

Mail and third parties

Letters are printed and mailed by LetterStream and delivered by the United States Postal Service. Delivery times are outside our control. A letter counts as delivered when the carrier reports it delivered. Mail cannot be recalled once it is sent. Credit bureaus, furnishers, and other third parties are independent of us and are responsible for their own conduct.

Text messages

If you opt in, we send short alerts about your case. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of using the Service. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we reasonably believe your use is unlawful or puts others at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit it as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy and mailing it to the recipients you choose. The app, its course material, templates, and software belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own case.

Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any credit outcome will be achieved.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, credit opportunities, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only where permitted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection or credit repair laws that cannot be waived.

Ending your account

You can close your account in the app at any time. We handle your data after closure as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue after closure, including liability, governing law, and payment for service already performed, continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable federal law. Before filing a claim, please contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Any claim not resolved that way must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you and we consent to those courts. Where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere, that right is unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using the Service after the change means you accept it. A change never affects the terms of a service agreement you have already signed.
